SEDONA LTD

The purpose of sedona, ltd.is to operate as a 501(c)(3) charitable organization that provides emergency financial assistance to indigent individuals who might otherwise have limited access to such support. Upon dissolution, all of the assets of sedona, ltd., shall, after all of its liabilities and obligations have been discharged or adequate provision made therefore, be distributed to any association or associations organized for purposes similar to the purpose of sedona, ltd. As may be designated by a majority of the directors of sedona, ltd. Then holding office, provided that such organization is an organization qualified under section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code of 1954, as amended.
