Schs also operates three immediate care clinics to provide low-cost urgent care services to the community; the urgent care clinics provided services for more than 254,000 patient visits in 2024.

$15.0MSchs home health services provides registered nurses, certified home health aides, physical and occupational therapists, speech language pathologists, and licensed social workers who collaborate with patients, their families and referring physicians to develop and provide in-home health care treatment. Schs home health provided 27,356 visits in 2024. Schs hospice services provides care to terminally ill patients and their families in deschutes, crook, jefferson, and north klamath counties. Schs hospice provided 23,670 visits in 2024.
