Chapter and member support:provide information and support to local chapters to provide quality services and supports.support the arc leadership program to develop staff leadership at the local chapter level.provide ongoing information to chapters about state and federal rights, laws and policies so they can utilize information at the local level. Provide consultation and training to chapters on self advocacy leadership.ensure chapter involvement in state-level policy development through the arc of maryland education, governmental affairs and legal advocacy committees state-wide. Conduct awards and recognition program for chapter, volunteer and program excellence. Promote public awareness about intellectual and developmental disabilities through social media.
