Through direct services and partnerships in programming and operations centered on the worth and value of every individual, ttf is working to change the narrative on how the world sees people with special needs. Programs and services include:- night to shine, an unforgettable worldwide celebration event, centered on god's love, honoring and valuing people with special needs- shine on, a faith-based communitya source of inspiration, belonging, and education for everyone impacted by disability- tebow down guatemala, providing specialized services for people with disabilities, promoting their inclusion in all areas of society, and offering support and training for their families through four campuses across guatemala- special needs resource centers, providing access to medical care, education, therapy, and development for families living with disabilities in four developing countries

Orphan care + preventionthe tim tebow foundation provided funding and support to serve hundreds of children who have been left homeless or abandoned. Orphans and at-risk families received support through grants which cover things like food, clothing, shelter, medical care, education, transition support, family support programming including life-saving alternatives to child abandonment, and sharing the gospel.the tim tebow foundation provided adoption aid grants for families adopting children from around the world, most of whom have special needs. The tim tebow foundation supported the development of a foster care system to meet the critical needs of vulnerable children in honduras.

Profound medical needsthe foundation is committed to providing physical and spiritual care to people made vulnerable by profound medical needs. This is done through direct medical services, as well as supportive programs to encourage those affected by severe medical challenges.the foundation partners strategically and fiscally to provide reconstructive, orthopedic, and rehabilitative care to children and marginalized individuals who would not otherwise be able to afford or have access to life-changing treatment. Each program not only supports the medical healing of patients, but supports their spiritual healing, as well.through the w15h program, ttf fulfills the dreams of children with life-threatening illnesses whose wish is to meet tim tebow. The program provides travel, lodging, and personally curated experiences for children and their families. Timmy's playrooms are built in children's hospitals around the world to provide a place for hospitalized children to be strengthened and encouraged through healing play where they can take their minds off medical treatment and just be kids.

Rising light ridgethe tim tebow foundation is currently developing a 100-acre ministry campus among 3,000 acres of conservation land in the pocono mountains of pennsylvania. Rising light ridge will be a one-of-one place where people of all abilities and backgrounds can experience belonging, transformation, and the undeniable love of god in a deeply personal and life-changing way. While a capital campaign and construction continue, in 2024, the program welcomed participants for week-long day camping sessions during the summer, as well as provided seasonal adaptive adventure events.
