Victim Outreach & Care Coordination: In2024, 1096 calls and referrals were directed to Her Song looking for assistance. They were screened and validated for human trafficking and connected with resources at Her Song and within the community.Her Song had over 4,356 touch points with people in our outreach efforts.Thisincludes the streets and/or incarcerated in jails or prisons.
Expansion: Her Song continued to build impact in New York as our next expansion location. We focused on hiring and having Outreach impact while we got the residential program up and running. The outreach team served survivors in the Capital District of NY, connecting survivors with community resources. The residential program opened early 2025.
