Sport Development: Our sport development programs are designed to build a sustainable, long-term pipeline to the sport of triathlon and multisport. These programs primarily focus on youth, high school, collegiate (NCAA and Collegiate Club) pipeline efforts along with USA Triathlon's belonging and access initiatives aimed at lowering barriers and increasing access to the sport at all levels through specific fundraising and grant programs. LINE 4D, PROGRAM SERVICE ------------------------ Events: USA Triathlon produced 3 owned events in 2024, including Sprint and Olympic National Championships (Atlantic City, NJ) , Multisport National Championship Festival (Omaha, NE), and our proprietary educational industry conference, Endurance Exchange (Charlotte, NC). Beyond these, this program partners with nine external race management companies to run our other National Championships events and the Legacy Triathlon. In addition, the entire U.S. event ecosystem is supported through a variety of means from insurance, governance, customer service, marketing and promotion, communications, branding, experience, and safety. This program works internationally to provide support for world-level competition, which included in 2024 two World Triathlon events: Americas Championship hosted in Miami, FL and a Paratriathlon Cup hosted in Long Beach, CA. LINE 4D, PROGRAM SERVICE ------------------------ Membership: USA Triathlon membership program encompasses a set of products offered by USA Triathlon to multisport community members. Depending on the unique need of the athlete, these tiered memberships vary from entry-level one-day access (Bronze memberships) to highly curated concierge-level memberships (Platinum), and many other levels in between. Each membership is priced based directly on the benefits and access provided, including best-in-class insurance, sanctioned event support, athlete resources, perks and benefits all focused on supporting athletes at every stage of their multisport journey. The membership program for USA Triathlon makes up >50% of the revenue stream for USA Triathlon and is a key strategic focus to drive value within the sport of triathlon and multisport. LINE 4D, PROGRAM SERVICE ------------------------ Corporate Partnerships: corporate Partnerships are designed to be mutually beneficial for both USA Triathlon and partner organizations through financial contributions, in-kind donations, and/or marketing collaborations. These partnerships drive strategic revenue for the Organization and offer advantages for the Partners such as increased brand visibility, positive public perception, and access to USA Triathlon members and audience. Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with corporate partners is crucial for long-term success, including ongoing communication and recognition of their financial contributions.
