USA Triathlon Foundation believes every child should have the opportunity to be active and experience the joys of swim-bike-run. Encourage Youth Participation program helps us build connections across the country between schools, clubs, coaches, and race directors to offer training opportunities, equipment and resources, and to create the next generation of multisport athletes and leaders. The Empower NCAA Women's Triathlon program provides the ability for young women to chase their athletic dreams while pursuing their academic and community passions is an unmatched opportunity. Support for both grants for universities and colleges to start and maintain NCAA women's triathlon programs, and for individual student-athletes

The Inspire Pathways to Access and Inclusion program is committed to giving those who don't have opportunities to compete the chance to realize their athletic dreams and progress through leadership pathways in the sport. line 4d, program service ------------------------ Other USA Triathlon Foundation programs include the CEO Excellence Fund and Events program. The CEO Excellence Fund provides USA Triathlon's CEO Victoria Brumfield with the flexible financial resources necessary to maintain USA Triathlon's top priorities while responding to changing internal and external demands. Our Events program provides support for athlete training camps, athlete grants and stipends, the Hall of Fame Gala, and other events.
