A person is eligible to receive services under youth activities if they are between the ages of fourteen and twenty-one at the time of enrollment and demonstrate at least one of the following barriers to employment: deficient in basic literacy skills, a school dropout, homeless, a runaway, a foster child, pregnant or parenting, offender, or an individual who requires additional assistance to complete an educational program or to secure and hold employment. The organization served approximately 226 participants in youth activities during the year.

Independent living program seeks to engage a network of service resources to meet the transition needs of young people exiting foster care and transitioing into adult living. The supports and services are designed to help eligible youth complete high school, transition to post secondary education, or to obtain and maintain employment and basic needs. The orgaization served 146 young adults in the region during the program year.
