$528KIndependent living program seeks to engage a network of service resources to meet the transition needs of young people exiting foster care and transitioing into adult living. The supports and services are designed to help eligible youth complete high school, transition to post secondary education, or to obtain and maintain employment and basic needs. The orgaization served 146 young adults in the region during the program year.
