Programs
3 programs
Carbon leadership forum - program to improve data and methodology, inform effective and just embodied carbon policies, and support effective technologies and processes. Program to accelerate research on the whole carbon footprint of mep systems, activate industry-wide collaboration, and catalyze market transformation.
Mass timber tipping point - program to deeply explore diverse firm experiences with mass timber as an alternative low-carbon and carbon- storing material for commercial, institutional, and multi-family buildings in the interest of accelerating uptake.
China program - programs to support chinese local design and research institutes, international firms and professional organizations with the tools, expertise, training, and zero net carbon standards (localized) to ensure that china has the capability to meet the greenhouse gas (ghg) emissions reduction targets set in the paris agreement. Expenses 268,361 carbon positive - program designed to convene stakeholders in the buildings sector to address industry sustainability and carbon reduction by supporting events and information resources for architecture, engineering, and construction firms focused on low-embodied carbon and carbon positive building materials. Expenses 88,145 care tool - program to develop a tool for estimating and comparing the embodied, operating, and avoided carbon impacts and benefits of reusing and upgrading exisiting buildings or replacing them with new construction. Expenses 43,886 zero code - a framework of integrated programs to achieve cost-effective energy efficiency measures with on-site and/or off-site renewable energy resulting in zero-net-carbon (znc) buildings.
