The AbilityFirst College to Career and Supported Employment programs provide vital support to adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities (I/DD) ages 18 and older who want to pursue a college education and/or competitive employment. Grounded in our mission to see individuals with I/DD thrive in their community throughout every stage in life, College to Career connects students to existing campus resources and offers a range of community integrated opportunities to equip students as they transition from high school to adulthood. The Supported Employment program helps individuals to secure and retain community-integrated employment, working alongside their non-disabled peers in jobs that reflect their interests, goals, and vision of a meaningful and fulfilling life.
