VA GPD Transitional Housing Program Access Housing supports 30 male Veterans through the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Grant and Per Diem (GPD) Transitional Housing Bridge Program. This initiative assists homeless Veterans in securing permanent housing within 90 days by providing temporary housing and comprehensive support services.

DHS/TCP Sole Source Grant Through a Sole Source Grant from the District of Columbias Department of Human Services (DHS), Access Housing delivers case management and supportive services to 50 Veterans. This program focuses on helping Veterans stabilize and transition to independent living.
