Mission

We create diverse intergenerational communities of men to support and empower both formally incarcerated men, and at risk youth.

Programs

3 programs

We offer, organize and run an intensive 3-day "rites of passage" retreat experience, in which an inner journey of healing is framed as a search for identity and purpose. The process involves somatic experiences, experiential learning, psycho-social drama, and peer sharing. In 2024 we held seven such events. Approximately 60% of the men attending are formerly incarcerated.

Expenses: $84K

We offer men a continuance of the weekend experience through integration training and weekly "work circles". Here men are provided the opportunity to examine their challenges, integrate emotional wellness tools, and grow together, while supporting and being supported by other men in the circle.

Expenses: $77K

We offer men that have attended on of our Weekend experiences opportunities to build facilitation and leadership skills. Our courses are structured to develop attendees' ability to facilitate All Kings' Work Circles, run training processes and ensure that the work is performed safely for all participants.
