Management and administrative support for all allied services programs is headquartered in allied's home office, whose functions include human resources, payroll, accounting, information systems, materials management, risk management and other similar services. This centralized arrangement maximizes administrative efficiency, consistent policies and procedures, and frees program personnel and program resources for mission-related service to the aged and disabled.

The in-home & home health programs help the disabled, chronically ill and frail elderly to maintain independent living in their homes. In home services such as personal care (bathing, grooming), light housekeeping and meal preparation were provided to 348 individuals in 24 counties; some 237,244 hours of service. Home health, including specialized therapies, wound care, medication management, and other skilled nursing responsibilities delivered approximately 27,611 visits to patients in 7 counties.

The scranton vocational training center (one of allied health care services' facilities) instructs patients in work skills.allied pharmacy provides pharmacy services to patients and residents at allied's various inpatient and outpatient facilities.allied community residential rehabilitation program provides residential living for the mentally ill and handicapped in non-institutional settings.
