Program 2. Pet adoption the organization places for adoption abandoned and unwanted pets with the help of volunteer foster homes and has in its program approximately 95 animals available on any given day. The focus of the adoption program is to provide homeless pets in oklahoma with the necessary medical and nutritional care needed as well as in-home training and behavioral evaluations. In 2023, the organization placed many pets and provided medical care for those pets before placing them in homes.

Bella spca's hospital was opened to treat the most vulnerable of pets whose owners are low-income and cannot afford traditional veterinary services. It is the intent of the organization to provide enough services to non low income clients to enable the organization to treat more low income clients' pets.
