Blue Ridge Association Of Realtors

To help promote and maintain high standards of conduct in the transaction of the real estate businesses by offering real estate mandated continuing education for real estate licenser, professional designation, and code of ethics classes. Our association plans and executes approximately 32 classes per year (four a month) with the assistance of the education committee and our real estate school. Classes range anywhere from an hour and half to six hours of instructional time in one day.

Held community-wide events to inform the public of the advantages of transacting business with realtors, and to encourage the use by members of the term relator and the emblem seal. By working with our community partners such as chambers of commerce, and builders association on community-wide events such as economic summit, state of the region summit, we advocate for preserving the right of property ownership in the interest of the public welfare. The activities are planned and executed with the help of the events committee and our community partners.
