B2r farms is committed to introducing the conservation agriculture practices of foundations for farming (fff) in rwanda and mobilizing a new generation of educated young people to become agriculture entrepreneurs and fff trainers. B2r provides training and career opportunities for university graduates and other high-capacity young leaders to champion fff and launch their careers in agriculture. Growing on our progress in 2023 of expanding our training and establishing a support system for trained farmers, in 2024 we expanded our fellows year-long training program to include positioning 4-6 fellows to reside and work in almost all of the 30 sectors, excluding those in the city of kigali, to encourage and support adoption of the practices trained on a daily basis. Additionally, we launched a week-long training program that is offered in 6-10 times per year to both local and international groups to promote the spread of conservation agriculture training practices.
