Strengthening schoolsmembership: school members benefit from ccsa's advocacy at the state and local-level, access to members-only convenings and resources, data consultation and support to help with charter renewal, and a cohort training program for members developing new charter schools. Vendor members receive access to promotion opportunities. School performance, accountability, and research: conducts sophisticated data analysis and research to advance understanding of charter schools and to ensure appropriate accountability within the charter movement. Annual conference: convenes charter school staff, board members, parents, and other stakeholders for networking, professional development, and collaboration on topics critical to california's charter schools.
Improving public opinionadvances public support for charter schools by implementing various media strategies while also serving as a trusted source of information on california's charter schools for parents, authorizers, legislators, and other interest groups.
