Search & align is the recuritment and selection worksream of the organization. It supports fellowship at the capital collabrative programs.

Our vision is to have a community that relies on, sources, vets, appreciates, communes, and participates in amplifying their ventures as well as that of camelback ventures. We have grown to 166+ alumni across the country and sectors. We want to ensure that they are thriving by being able to increase camelbacks ability to marshal resources to them in an intentional and meaningful way.

The capital collaborative is a cohort-based fellowship program run by camelback and designed to train senior leaders in philanthropy and impact investing. The goal of the capital collaborative is to support grantmakers, investors, and individuals to create more fairness in funding.

The network program supports all alumni, including those with the highest impact potential with additional investment, coaching and other capacity building opprotunity.

Camelback ventures from time to time acts as a fiscal sponsor for mission aligned organizations and projects.
