System change: casa youth advocates, inc. Engages in larger systems change work with the voices for children coalition (vfc) serving delaware county and the safer schools stronger neighborhoods coalition (sssn) serving the city of chester. Bringing together local leaders in human services, business, faith, philanthropy, education, and advocacy, the vcf coalition advocates for the safety and well-being of all children in delaware county. In 2023 vfc launched a child well-being database and legislative advocacy tracker, designed and facilicated legislative affecting children and child serving system. Sssn is focused on increasing local cooridnation to more effectively prevent, intervene and respond to fun and group violence with youth ages 11 - 24 in the city of chester.
