To educate and create job opportunities for minorities in the greater hartford, ct area.

Youth services program: the center partners with capital workforce partners to provide hartfords youth the summer youth employment and learning program. This program is a tier structured 5-6 week, summer work and learn experience in july and august designed for students between grades 8 and 12. Through a structured, tiered approach to learning and working, the future workforce is better equipped to be successful in secondary education and career.

Bici co. Program, improves youth and adult safety, while also increasing our communitys mobility and access to jobs. Bici is the spanish nickname for bicicleta (bicycle) and co. Represents our comunidad (community). Located at 95-97 park street at the edge of downtown, bici co. Is a bike storefront and welcoming space for both enthusiasts and the bicycle curious. Bici co. Has expanded to include year-round programs and services for adults and youth including a fully functioning bike shop storefront.
