The centreville immigration forum (cif) implements sustainable programs that provide immigrants in need with means to improve their lives and become more integrated into the community, improve communication and cooperation among all groups, and affirm strength in diversity.

Organizing - is base building, and representation of clients served throughout programming, it includes the women's empowerment project that focuses on women equity, and also intentional efforts to include all members in decision making through participatory involvement and leadership building.
