To prepare highly effective teachers who significantly accelerate student achievement in the nation's highest need schools.

Designed, developed, and evaluated the curriculum and professional development for the organization's teacher preparation program. The curriculum is used to deliver a master of science in education to each program participant. The overall accompanying sequence of coaching, evaluation, and independent observations, along with quarterly reviews, has proven successful in honing the quality of city teaching alliance's' preparation program.
Recruited 124 new residents for cohort year 2023. Efforts to increase diversity proved successful as well, with 77% of cohort 2023 comprised of people of color.
