Mission
To provide educational instruction to youth that encourages their personal development. Class Matters Inc. empowers underrepresented "at-hope" youth ages (11-18) to become scholars, skilled professionals, and servant leaders through hands-on STEM education, mentorship, and leadership training. We believe that STEM is more than a career pathway; it is a mindset. By teaching the STEM mindset, students learn problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills that support both their short-term academic growth and long-term post-secondary planning. Since its founding, Class Matters has impacted 4,319 underrepresented youth. Utilizing a combination of virtual and in-person sessions, Class Matters' impact on underserved communities continue to grow.
