The primary exempt purpose of this corporation shall be: 1. To establish an organization that allows its members an opportunity to participate in sports, contribute to the community and dedicates itself to high morals and good sportsmanship, 2. Develop programs that provide for recreational and social activities for its members, and 3. Develop and promote worthwhile activities in the community that will include but are not limited to the following: athletic programs for youth, young adults, and seniors, scholarship programs for youth, and community outreach activities in conjunction with neighborhood associations.
