To build women's economic, social, and cultural capital because powerful women build healthy families and thriving communities.

Chic's re-enter, re-build, re-start (r3) program provide over 75 young women - referred to chic from schools, courts, and community partners - with specialized and intensive individual, family, and group-based early intervention and prevention supports. Chic's holistic and culturally competent services lead to improvements in near-term social, emotional and prosocial behavioral outcomes which contribute to long-term reductions in risk factors, violence, and arrest.
