To provide facilities, training, education and other assistance to victims of domestic violence.

Programs

Turning point runs a safe shelter. Shelter capacity is 40 beds, although can be exceeded based upon need. Shelter program is 30 to 45 days in duration (based on extension requirements), housing women, men and their dependent children who have been victimized by domestic violence or sexual assault. Food, clothing and personal care items are provided at no cost to the client.
