4 programs

Participants work with commit for many months, receiving individualized services. Veterans identify their values, strengths and skills in order to focus their career choices. Services include executive coaching, mentoring sessions, professional development, resume assistance, interview preparation, networking opportunities, referrals, scholarship assistance and online programming.

Expenses: $752K

Transition mentoring workshops: in transition mentoring workshops, small groups of transitioning military persons come together with facilitators and business mentors. Led by professional facilitators, service members and veterans work through a series of modules focused on values, strengths, culture and opportunities to change perspectives and improve trajectories. Reinforcing integrity, family and the passionate pursuit of a meaningful career, service members and veterans hear from and personally engage with successfully transitioned leaders in the civilian workforce from a variety of industries. We take a hard look at the industries, interests and skills of workshop participants in order to align world class mentors from specific industries, backgrounds and locations to provide game changing value.

Expenses: $422K

The commit foundations military spouse program empowers military spouses with the tools, networks, and confidence to thrive in this transition. It honors their service to our country and supports them as they discover new paths forward. The commit foundation inspires those who serve to unlock their full potential by discovering meaningful paths beyond service, transforming aspirations into purpose-driven careers and lives. Through tailored programs and expert guidance, commit helps fellows embrace their unique strengths, values, and experiences, empowering them to confidently forge a new identity that aligns passion with impact. Commit cultivates a dynamic, interconnected network of peers, mentors, and leaders, creating a powerful ecosystem where veterans and their families are supported, inspired, and positioned to thrive together.

Expenses: $171K

Corporate programs aims to raise awareness among commit's corporate partners to effectively influence cultures of belonging for transitioning service members in corporate america. This outreach program serves to promote veteran advocacy corporate readiness.
