Mission
CBV heals the trauma of sexual assault and domestic violence by providing crisis intervention, safety, advocacy, and education to survivors and our community.
Programs

Services for victims of domestic violence include individual counseling, support groups, safety planning, legal advocacy and accompaniment, emergency support and a 24/7 crisis line. All advocates are state certified peer counselors who can offer counseling 1 on 1 or in group settings. Advocates assist in the legal process of applying for domestic violence restraining orders and child custody. Emergency support includes 24/7 response to law enforcement or medical facilities, and emergency food, clothing and transportation. CBV offers a 90 day confidential shelter safehouse for victims of violence escaping imminent danger. Advocates assist with offering information and referrals to other community resources as well as therapy.
Rape Prevention Education- Prevention programs in schools and related counseling.
