Programs

1 program

Bilingual resource navigators conducted over 4,500 navigation sessions with specific engagements around snap and wic benefits, and direct application assistance to these crucial nutrition programs for over 100 households. This work also includes hosting a colorado mesa university social work intern, collaborating outreach across a multitude of community agencies and events, and piloting an innovative mobile market program paired with bilingual resource navigation. Cfb also distributed hundreds of nutritious recipes distributed both in-person at the pantry and available digitally on a newly created online catalogue.
