We prevent evictions and provide shelter and housing to 4,000 people annually.

Programs

2 programs

Community and shelter services - street and community outreach, drop-in services, physical and behavioral health services, and shelter for people experiencing homelessness are provided through community and shelter services. Along with case management, individuals are assessed for various housing programs and are provided with basic needs such as food, hygiene products, showers, clothing, and laundry facilities. 70-beds of shelter are available for individuals and families in a safe and healing environment. Health staff work with participants to address physical and behavioral health issues and improve long-term health.

Support includes short-and long-term housing subsidies coupled with comprehensive case management services to help people stabilize and maintain housing. Most housing is scattered site throughout north suburban cook county and leased from private landlords.
