OnTrack WNC helps people achieve their money and housing goals through financial education, counseling and support so that they can overcome crises, afford basic needs, improve money management skills and make sound financial choices rooted in their values.

The Housing programs offer face-to-face counseling and group education to help clients obtain and maintain housing, whether they rent or own or in the process of buying their first home. Service areas include rental, pre-purchase, reverse mortgages and foreclosure prevention. This program area includes the employer-assisted matched savings housing programs which are managed by local employers to assist their employees with homebuying. This organization is a certified HUD Housing Counseling Agency.
