Low-income multifamily property:cplc new mexcio, inc's low-income multi-family properties provide affordable housing opportunities to eligible residents through rent subsidies based on resident income levels. All projects are regulated under the internal revenue code, section 42. Cplc nm currently operates 40 low-income rental units at bella vista apartments, in the city of taos, nm; 60 low-income rental units at villa las vegas apartments located in las vegas, nm, and 60 low-income rental units at ladera apartments in farmington, new mexico.
Regional coalition of local communities:we provide day-to-day management services for the partnership to create one voice to ensure national decisions incorporate local needs and concerns. The coalition's focus is community and economic development, site employment and environmental remediation and adequate funding for los alamos national laboratory (lanl). The rclc is comprised of nine cities, counties and pueblos surrounding the us department of energy's lanl.
Supportive housing:this is a new program for fy24. Program provided 152 beds to special needs clients. Program also provided rental assistance to 37 clients.
