Mission

The Croom Foundation is committed to supporting youth and teenagers in Alabama and surrounding states by providing access to education, guidance, and resources. Our mission is to close the opportunity gap by offering mentorship, academic programs, and community initiatives that help young people develop their skills and realize their potential. We work to ensure they are equipped with the tools and opportunities needed to succeed, build meaningful futures, and grow into capable leaders within their communities.

ELITE Program works with high school students as they are prepared for post high school opportunities that center around college/university as well as armed service and workforce jobs.

Project 180 mentors 5th grade students at a local performing arts school and works with them in the areas of creativity, behavior and attendance.
