Dave's house provides ongoing oversight of its established homes to ensure that residents receive the highest level of care and support. In partnership with aspire health partners, we monitor the operations of these homes to confirm that they align with our organizational objectives, fostering stable, permanent housing and whole-person wellness for adults with serious mental illness. This collaborative approach ensures that our housing model continues to provide long-term recovery opportunities and life-changing stability for our residents.
Dave's house is a recognized leader in permanent supportive housing, pioneering a best-practice approach that provides stable, transformative living environments for adults with serious mental illness (smi). For over 14 years, we have focused on the acquisition and rehabilitation of single- family homes, ensuring that each residence is aligned with a behavioral health services provider for ongoing operational and resident support. Through strong partnerships with community agencies and local businesses, we facilitate essential home maintenance, renovations, and living enhancements that improve residents' quality of life. Building on this proven model, dave's house is now actively developing a multi-unit residential community to expand our impact, creating a supportive, independent living environment for up to 30 residents. By setting the standard in permanent supportive housing, we are driving lasting solutions that empower individuals and strengthen communities.
