$35KOrlando housing impact fund aims to leverage private capital to scale access and support attainable housing through tailored gap financing in the orlando metropolitan statistical area. With nearly 1,500 people moving to the region every week, central florida needs more housing inventory at all levels to ensure access to secure and stable housing for everyone.
