Programs
1 program
Education - the dch leads programs and workshops for individuals, schools, garden clubs and organizations to learn about the environment through horticulture and gardening. In our workforce development program, branches to chances (btc), we train people in green jobs, with hands-on education in horticulture, gardening, landscaping, ecology, urban agriculture, and forestry, and assist with job placement. Btc is accredited through the corps network. Our youth enrichment program (yep) connects children from pre-school through college in outdoor education programs that connect them to nature with an emphasis on stem, environmental conservation and stewardship.
