Mission

To promote access and to support independent living with dignity, for older adults, those with disabilities, and low income individuals, through transportation and home care services.

Programs

1 program

Envida's homecare services offer consumer-directed support with activities for daily living under medicaid's home and community-based services (hcbs) and in-home support services (ihss). Envida also provides private pay homecare services. Approximately 65% of our care providers are family members and friends helping their loved ones age in place and remain in their home where they want to be. Envida's homecare services are provided primarily in el paso and teller counties but have expanded into the surrounding pueblo, fremont and park counties, while being integrated with envida's transportation under medicaid's non-emergent medical transportation (nemt). In 2024, envida's homecare services program provided 150,997 hours of care.
