The rehabilitation program is comprised of a stroke and neurological rehabilitation day program that served 30 stroke survivors for 2,429 visits in a 5 day per week setting as well as caregiver support. The explorers/wings day program, which served 77 individuals, is designed to provide experiential activities and skills for independent living for adults with disabilities for a total of 5,848 visits.

Rocky mountain village is a seasonal recreation facility that provided multiple recreational opportunities, resources, and training sessions to over 2,669 individuals. Summer day camp (yay camp) facilitate services for 32 participants; and 38 children attended a weekly drop-in care service during the school year for a total of 271 visits.

Post-polio post-polio support group provided direct and indirect support to individuals for 925 visits. Respite awarded 63 respite care support vouchers, providing support to 596 families for multiple agencies and multi year grants funding, they trained 1,644 individuals.
