Endeavor miami inc's mission is to lead the movement to catalyze long-term economic growth by selecting, mentoring, and accelerating the best high impact entrepreneurs in the south florida region. High-impact entrepreneurs are individuals who show tremendous entrepreneurial and leadership potential, can build high-growth businesses with significant job-creating opportunities and exhibit commitment to the development of their local community, which becomes a key-driver of economic growth. Endeavor was founded on the belief that job creation, innovation, and overall prosperity flourish where there is robust support for high-impact entrepreneurs. Endeavor miami provides resources that are not otherwise available in order to select high-impact entrepreneurs, so that they are able to scale their businesses, increase employment opportunities and provide a basis for sustained economic growth in south florida.
