Alliance is a community organization working to build a more inclusive democracy so that all people can achieve their full potential in an environment of harmony, safety, equality, and justice. Alliance develops leaders, builds coalitions, advances policies, changes narratives, and mobilizes people on issues that matter most. Through this work, Alliance is making a greater impact to bring about equality in San Diego and beyond.

Policy DevelopmentThrough its policy program, Alliance is identifying problems and developing solutions alongside affected community members in the border region. Our policy focus includes border enforcement policies, policing practices, housing, and other issues affecting human rights.
