Advocacy:equality florida worked with a coalition of state and local partner organizations to educate community members across the state about reproductive rights in florida and the effort to secure reproductive rights in our state constitution.equality florida demonstrated unwavering commitment mobilizing against anti-lgbtq bills. The organization's advocacy contributed to halting extreme measures and the harmful legislation passed during the 2024 session, emphasizing the importance of messaging, legislative relationships, and grassroots activism.

Mobilization:equality florida field staff activated over 350 citizen lobbyists, and an additional 225 volunteers, to tallahassee to meet with lawmakers for our 2024 pride at the capitol program, which spanned the entire eight weeks of legislative session this year.we sponsored over 100 volunteers to the capitol with more than $10,000 in scholarships to provide financial aid for disenfranchised communities to travel to tallahassee.(continued on schedule o)we partnered in the campaign to add a constitutional amendment protecting access to abortion on the 2024 ballot, working to safeguard abortion access by limiting government interference.
