The farm alliance of baltimore is a membership organization of urban farms, neighborhood growers, and friends. We use connection, resource sharing, and collective advocacy with respect to food, land and water to expand communities' selfdetermination and power.

Collective sales through our collective sales program, we supported farmers in expanding their market reach and generating reliable income. By operating a collective market stand at 35 events, we facilitated over 20,000 in sales for our members. This initiative not only increased revenue but also provided farmers with visibility and stronger connections to local communities.
Black butterfly teaching farm (bbtf) the black butterfly teaching farm (bbtf) served as both a production and education hub, harvesting over 30,000 lbs of produce to help feed families across the city. Of this harvest, 50,000 worth of produce was distributed to 19 wholesale partners including food pantries, nonprofits, and restaurantsensuring fresh food reached diverse community outlets. An additional 5,000 in produce was sold through our collective market stand, directly connecting bbtf-grown food to consumers.
