Care Coach Our Care Coach Mobile Unit provides hot meals, fresh fruit, housing assistance and health screening to underserved low income communities. We gather individuals in underserved populations through a free dinner and movie night, and provide 8 to 12 different resource partners that offer free services to the community including mental health counseling, bill payment assistance, childcare resources and housing assistance.

Hannah Grace Gardens is an affordable housing community accompanied by financial literacy courses to assure the health and well-being of the family unit and a pathway to homeownership.
