To help foster a cooperative spirit among the various real estate professionals and those in related fields, the organization held a quarterly membership luncheon, a halloween gala and an annual christmas banquet. Only the excess costs over admission fees were paid for by the organization.

The organization paid the fees for several directors to attend state directors meetings and seminars so they can remain fully apprised of the latest issues relating to professional standards and ethical conduct.
