Thriving communitiesprovided sustainable re/development design and planning services to approximately 10 communities in four regions of the state. All were struggling to provide diverse, affordable housing while maintaining natural resources fundamental to the communities character and quality of life.

Engaged georgianscompleted over 20 outdoor environmental educational offerings that reached hundreds of georgians, including day hikes and paddles to weekend camping adventures in some of the states most precious places.completed four public service days, in addition to numerous corporate service days, that highlighted the need for stewardship of state lands. Each year, georgia conservancy highlights, at a minimum, the mlk weekend of service, national public lands day and national trails day across our service projects calendar. The year included efforts like building tracked wheelchair trails in state parks, invasive species removal, and dune grass restoration planting.
