Making life easier for everyone living gluten-free is the mission of the Gluten Intolerance Group.

Gluten-free food service (gffs) is a management accreditation program designed to work with all types of food service establishments that serve gluten-free consumers. This program uses training and management strategies to traim employees proper techniques for gluten-free food preparation and to certify food services processes and procedures for safe gluten-free meals. Gffs has successfully been implemented in a variety of food services, both large and small.
Outreach through GIG CARES
Gig's gluten-free health and wellness educational campaigns target both individuals and the medical community. The nutritional and dietary needs associated with the gluten-free diet is emphasized. These efforts include distribution of educational material, speaking events, and educational seminars. Additionally emotional support activities are conducted at the organization and local community level through over 70 support groups.
