The mission of goodwill industries of the columbia is to provide services that help people with disabilities and disadvantaging conditions to achieve their highest level of employment.

The goal of goodwill industries is to assist and support individuals with barriers to employment to achieve employment. Goodwill provides individualized job training services to persons with significant disabilities in our retail stores. Individuals served in the retail stores may graduate to community employment services. Individuals served in community employment programs receive pre-employment job-readiness classroom instruction, individualized case management, job development, and retention services. Individuals with disabilities receive job coaching and long-term retention services. Goodwill connects qualified job candidates to employment opportunities in our local community.
