Goodwill industries of the inland northwest helps people with disabilities and disadvantages build independence and gain work and life skills within the communities we serve.

Vocational evaluation and rehabilitation services: identification of individuals' unique work interests, abilities, and any competitive employment barriers related to communication, mobility, work skills, work tolerance and self-direction through a paid employment assessment or other realistic work setting. In 2024, 5,048 individuals were served in the vocational evaluation and rehabilitation services programs. Some programs focus on housing and stability for individuals that are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless.
