Workforce development program - goodwill of western missouri and eastern kansas provides education and career services as well as job placement assistance and post-employment support to individuals with disabilities and other challenges to employment, so that they can find and keep a good job. Individuals can achieve greater levels of self-sufficiency and economic success through employment skills training, work experience and employment retention services that help strengthen communities, families and individuals. Assisted 502 individuals with job placement in 2023.
