Tgi is committed to empowering and uplifting young women through a diverse range of monthly enrichment workshops which include empowerment workshops, academic prep, college readiness, financial literacy, social connection, mental wellbeing, and community service.

The tgi life series is designed for tgi alums aged 18-28 years. These young women may be working professionals, undergraduate or graduate students, or exploring various career opportunities after high school. Participants engage in a variety of workshops covering topics such as:professional development, career readiness, job skills training, money management, academic success planning, setting smart goals, self-care and mental health, relationships, empowerment and purpose.
